It turned out that staff ignored the machine's alarm signals: the first sounded 11 minutes after the procedure began, the second at 15:22, indicating a stoppage of blood flow and likely a heart attack. The patient was left connected to the machine for another 23 minutes. An ambulance was called only at 16:11, and the musician could not be saved. Initially, the doctors were charged with endangering life resulting in death, but after the discovery of new facts, the case was reclassified as premeditated murder. Financial inspectors are checking the accounts and client base of the clinic, where an initial consultation cost 300 euros and a full six-week course over 15,000 euros.
