The Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission documented 15 attacks carried out by occupation forces and settlers within 12 hours, targeting farmers and their lands in 6 West Bank governorates: Salfit, Nablus, Ramallah and al-Bireh, Bethlehem, Qalqilya, and Hebron. The attacks included burning and uprooting ancient olive trees, bulldozing agricultural land, stealing crops, damaging water sources, releasing livestock onto lands, arresting farmers, confiscating a vehicle, and preventing citizens from accessing their lands. In Salfit, settlers burned agricultural lands and olive trees in the village of Iskaka, and occupation authorities began building a concrete wall adjacent to the lands of Marda village. In Nablus, settlers cut down olive trees in Qaryut and destroyed a water well in al-Naqura. In Ramallah and al-Bireh, attacks included stealing olive crops, land bulldozing, releasing livestock, and attacking farmers. In Bethlehem, occupation forces arrested a farmer and assaulted him during olive picking in Tuqu'. In Qalqilya, a young man was arrested in Hajja and his vehicle was confiscated. In Hebron, settlers released their livestock onto lands planted with olive trees in Sa'ir. The commission warned that these practices target the foundations of agricultural production and restrict farmers' access to their lands. In a related context, the commission reported that occupation forces and settlers carried out 3,133 attacks in the West Bank during October, an increase of 52.8% compared to September, including 1,764 attacks by occupation forces and 1,369 by settlers, damaging 5,890 trees, including 4,498 olive trees.
