A tragedy in Kiryat Ata this morning (Thursday): a 12-year-old girl did not wake from her sleep and was found unconscious in her home. United Hatzalah teams were called to Beit Vagan Boulevard in the city. The paramedics, under the command of Chaim Avni, performed prolonged resuscitation efforts with the assistance of additional paramedics, but at the end were forced to determine her death. Resilience teams provided support to the family members. The circumstances of the incident are being investigated.
