Moshe Yunger (26) left his home after hearing car horns, and four dogs jumped on him and bit him deep in the leg, tearing a piece of flesh. Earlier, Victoria (43) was attacked on her way to work around 5:50 AM, and two of the dogs bit her in the back, legs, and hands. Truck drivers tried to scare the dogs away without success. Both are hospitalized at HaEmek Medical Center in Afula. Residents are furious and claim they repeatedly warned the municipality about the ongoing problem. The municipality reported that four dogs were captured and placed in quarantine, and they are without chips and without known owners. Due to unknown vaccination status, the victims will undergo a series of rabies vaccinations.
