Elbit Systems has announced that it will hold its annual vacation for 22,500 employees and their families in Eilat this year, instead of abroad as was customary in previous years. According to the company, the decision was made to strengthen solidarity between its employees and Israeli society and the State of Israel. Additionally, this year the vacation will also host families of wounded IDF soldiers, bereaved families, and soldiers from adopted battalions. Dr. Shuli Gordon, Vice President of Human Resources at Elbit Systems, noted that the company chose to embrace these populations, especially since October 7.
