The complainant in the Eyal Golan affair is threatening to sue rapper Ron Nesher after he called her "mentally ill" and "psycho" on a podcast. The complainant denies the allegations entirely.

The complainant in the Eyal Golan affair is threatening to sue rapper Ron Nesher following remarks he made while appearing on a podcast. Nesher claimed on the show that he knows the complainant and called her "mentally ill" and "psycho." In a pre-litigation warning letter sent by the complainant's attorney, it was stated that Nesher created a serious factual misrepresentation that the complainant, either herself or through someone on her behalf, sought to receive significant sums of money from Eyal Golan by using her complaint or the affair in which she is involved as leverage, and with an alleged willingness to make the matter "disappear" in exchange for payment. The complainant denies these allegations entirely. The letter explicitly states: "My client never sent anyone on her behalf to demand money from Eyal Golan, did not authorize any person to conduct financial negotiations, a 'deal,' 'compromise,' or any arrangement in her name, and did not offer, directly or indirectly, that her complaint, the investigation into it, or any proceeding related to it would 'disappear' in exchange for payment."
