Families of those murdered, kidnapped, and injured are sharing on social media, under the hashtag #Kulanu710, the last messages their loved ones sent on the morning of October 7. The messages reveal moments of terror, farewell, and helplessness, marking the beginning of memorial and protest events for the third anniversary of the massacre.

Ahead of the third anniversary of the October 7 massacre, families of the murdered, kidnapped, and injured have begun sharing on social media the last messages they exchanged with their loved ones on that terrible morning, under the hashtag #Kulanu710. The activity marks the beginning of memorial and protest events for the third anniversary of Black Saturday. Among the messages published: Osnat Perry wrote that terrorists broke into her home and took her husband Chaim Perry, who was kidnapped and murdered in captivity; Eyal Eshel shared the last message he received from his daughter, observer Roni Eshel, who wrote "Mom I'm okay, don't worry about me" before she was murdered; Shir Matias shared the correspondence in the family WhatsApp group where it was written "Dad and Mom are dead" after her parents were murdered in Kibbutz Holit; Vicky Cohen, mother of hostage survivor Nimrod Cohen, shared her desperate attempts to contact IDF officials after receiving photos of her son being kidnapped from the burning tank; and Einav Zangauker, mother of hostage survivor Matan Zangauker, shared the farewell message from her son before he was kidnapped. The families are calling on the public to also share their messages from that morning.
