"No timeline and no one to talk to": Wave of consumer complaints against iDigital
A wave of consumer complaints against iDigital: customers who pre-ordered the iPhone 18 report delivery delays, uncertainty about when they will receive the device, and unsatisfactory customer service responses. Some ordered within hours of pre-orders opening on September 12 and are still waiting. iDigital stated that delivery depends on Apple's schedules.
A wave of consumer complaints against the iDigital chain: customers who ordered iPhone 18 devices as part of the pre-sale report significant delivery delays. Some customers say they ordered the device within hours of pre-orders opening on September 12, but even about two weeks later, they have not yet received it. Alongside the delays, complaints also target complete uncertainty regarding the expected delivery date and unsatisfactory responses from customer service, which customers describe as "generic" and "shocking." In posts on the Apple enthusiasts Facebook community, numerous reactions from frustrated customers have accumulated. One customer said he ordered an iPhone 18 Pro Max with 512GB storage immediately when pre-orders opened and still hasn't received the device, and he is trying to find out when additional stock is expected after seeing that the competing chain KSP already shows a delivery start date of September 29. iDigital responded: "The inventory arriving in Israel is determined by Apple and is limited during the launch period. We supply according to the order of customer orders (by the ordered model). Those who order among the first will receive before others, all according to the schedule, the quantity of devices, and the models arriving from Apple to Israel."
