"No Other Land" creators incite against IDF in the US: "Your country is funding this"

The creators of the film "No Other Land", Rachel Shor and Yuval Abraham, arrived in the United States after screenings in Venice, attempting to rally American public opinion against Israel while shifting responsibility to Washington for what is happening in Gaza. Outside the venue, dozens of pro-Israel protesters demonstrated, screening footage from October 7.

The creators of the film "No Other Land", Rachel Shor and Yuval Abraham, continued their anti-Israel advocacy campaign abroad. After the film received stormy applause at the Venice Film Festival from an antisemitic audience, the two arrived yesterday (Saturday) in the United States for the premiere screening at the New York Film Festival. During the event, Abraham directly addressed the American audience, saying that "it is important to see this film at this moment, because these officials are talking about what is being done with the tax money of the people sitting here." He added: "This is what your country supports and funds," and claimed that the goal is to make it difficult to deny what is happening in Gaza. When asked about Hamas's role, Abraham said the October 7 massacre is "absolutely unjustified, but it also cannot justify what you have seen." Meanwhile, outside the venue, dozens of pro-Israel protesters organized by the Israeli-American Council (IAC) gathered, carrying signs and setting up trucks with LED screens that screened footage from October 7. Among the participants was Rom El-Hai, a survivor of the Nova music festival massacre, who presented footage he filmed during the attack. Noa Peri-Yansh from the organization said that "compassion for Palestinian civilians does not require erasing October 7 or ignoring Hamas."
