Singer-songwriter Muki appeared today (Sunday) on Kan News' 'B'Chatzot HaYom' program on Reshet Bet, marking the release of his new song 'Mitga'agea'. In the interview, Muki shared his experiences since October 7, and the intense period during which he performed daily for evacuees, soldiers, wounded, and at funerals and memorial services. 'I went to every corner I could,' he said. The new song was written after this period, when he needed time to process what he had experienced. Muki admitted that he fell in love again with this people and this place, and added that Israeli society as a whole has changed since October 6. The song was recorded as part of a new album to be released next month, in collaboration with musician Idan Raichel. Muki described the process as organic, starting with a simple message and developing into a heartfelt collaboration. In conclusion, he addressed the possibility of growth from crisis: 'There is no stronger place to grow from than a great fracture.'
