In the "Winter Pond" park in Netanya, three adults — two men and a woman around forty — attacked a 14-year-old girl and her 10-year-old brother without apparent reason. According to the victims, the assailants beat them with fists and feet, chased them, and continued the beating in the bushes. The girl lost consciousness, and one of the men threatened her: "I'll find you and kill you." A passerby called the police. The children were taken to Laniado Hospital, treated, and discharged. However, two days later, the girl lost consciousness again and was re-hospitalized; she is now under medical observation. The mother of the children described the severe psychological state of both children and demanded that the police hold the attackers accountable. Police arrested three suspects but released them under restrictive conditions.
