After Russian strikes, damage to an energy facility in the Kyiv region led to massive power outages in Kyiv. In several districts of the capital, electric transport stopped, and there were also disruptions to water supply. This was reported by DTEK, the Kyiv City State Administration, and Mayor Vitali Klitschko. According to Klitschko, due to damage to the energy facility, the electricity supply situation worsened. Stabilization outage schedules are currently not in effect. Energy workers are working on site to restore electricity supply. Due to the lack of voltage, electric transport has been temporarily suspended in Holosiivskyi, parts of Solomianskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, and Pecherskyi districts. The timeline for full restoration of transport is not reported. Power supply disruptions affected water supply — there are interruptions in water supply in the city. Relevant specialists are working on restoration. Meanwhile, Russia has again launched ballistic missiles at Kyiv, with strong explosions heard in the capital. Earlier, it was reported that after the strike on Zaporizhzhia on October 10, 15 Ukrainians were killed, including children.
