From under the rubble to a digital project manager.. Ahmed al-Tawil rises with his dream from scratch
The story of Ahmed al-Tawil, a 21-year-old graphic designer from Gaza, who turned an idea for an entertainment project for children into a digital marketing agency for restaurants after the war destroyed his home. He participated in the freelance agency management track within the DigiWork project, and launched Yoosal agency specializing in marketing restaurants and cafes in Gaza, despite power and internet outages.
The story of Ahmed Hussam al-Din al-Tawil (21 years old), a graphic designer from Gaza, who turned an idea for an entertainment project for children into a digital marketing agency for restaurants after the war destroyed his home. Ahmed participated in the freelance agency management track within the DigiWork project implemented by Leaders International, and launched Yoosal agency specializing in marketing restaurants and cafes in Gaza. The agency faces major challenges, most notably power and internet outages, forcing Ahmed and his team to work from cafes sometimes. The agency currently works with a number of well-known restaurants and a musical band from the West Bank. Ahmed aims for Yoosal to become number one in restaurant marketing in Gaza.
