On Sunday, October 11, an unusual traffic accident occurred in Ashdod: a Mitsubishi driven by a 71-year-old man crashed into the AutoDepot store located in the Star Center mall. The driver sustained minor injuries and was taken by a Magen David Adom (MDA) team to Assuta Hospital. Two other people at the scene suffered from shock but declined hospitalization. The report of the incident was received by the MDA dispatch center in the Lachish district at 1:09 PM.
