Berlovich served as director general of Wolfson between 2006 and 2017. Before that, during about two decades at the Ministry of Health, he held senior positions including deputy director general of the ministry and head of health services. He was a central partner in leading significant moves in the health system, including advancing the National Health Insurance Law.
