Opticana will pay 2.1 million shekels to VERSO, receive 2.9 million from the defendants in the counterclaim, and Adam's company CATTLEYA was awarded 866,062 shekels. All claims were partially accepted.

The Tel Aviv District Court ruled on the mutual lawsuits surrounding the VERSO eyewear brand and the collaboration with singer Omer Adam, after more than six years of legal battles. Under the ruling, Opticana will pay VERSO 2.1 million shekels, while the defendants in the counterclaim will pay Opticana 2.9 million shekels. Omer Adam's company CATTLEYA was awarded 866,062 shekels. The amounts will bear interest from the dates the lawsuits were filed. The court determined that all claims are only partially accepted, and each party will bear its own costs. The story began after Omer Adam and David Amar met in Miami in 2016, and in November 2018 an agreement was signed under which Adam became the brand's spokesperson in exchange for half the profits. Later, Opticana entered the picture, but relations broke down, leading to mutual lawsuits. VERSO demanded 13.6 million shekels from Opticana, Opticana filed a counterclaim for 13.9 million shekels, and Omer Adam's company sued for about 8 million shekels. From the CATTLEYA brand, it was stated: "We knew justice would prevail, we welcome the judge's decision."
