Eduard Ramzanov, 38, from the Gush Dan area, who served as the security guard of Mosley, was arrested on suspicion of the violent assault of a Wolt delivery driver in Savyon about two months ago. Following an investigation by the Central Unit (YMR) of the Tel Aviv District Police, the Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office today (Sunday) filed a statement of charges against Ramzanov, ahead of filing a serious indictment and a request for his detention until the end of proceedings. The incident occurred on August 16, around 4:40 PM, on Ha-Mevo'ot Street in Savyon. According to the suspicion, the delivery driver was violently attacked with various assault weapons and beaten all over his body, causing him significant injuries. He was evacuated to the hospital in moderate condition. Ramzanov fled the scene, and for nearly two months investigators worked to locate him, until he was arrested on October 13. His detention has been extended periodically, and an indictment for aggravated assault is now expected.
