Hostage families arrived today (Tuesday) together with the Democrats party to hang a giant billboard in Tel Aviv against Prime Minister Netanyahu, as part of the party's activities on election day. The families issued a statement calling for a change of government and the establishment of a state commission of inquiry. Yotam Kipnis, whose both parents were murdered in the October 7 massacre and whose family members were kidnapped to Gaza, said that "people whose relatives were kidnapped to Gaza should have gone out to protest against the government for the most obvious thing." Gil Dickmann, cousin of Carmel Gat who was kidnapped and murdered in captivity, called for the establishment of a state commission of inquiry. Meanwhile, Yashar party chairman Gadi Eisenkot arrived at Kibbutz Nir Oz and criticized coalition members, claiming that the number of terrorists in the Gaza Strip remains the same as presented in the cabinet three years ago: 30,000 Hamas and 7,000 Islamic Jihad.
