Singer Lina Makhul, winner of the show 'The Voice', appeared as a special guest at rapper Macklemore's show in Dublin, which opened his 'Free Palestine' tour. Proceeds from the show will go to organizations including UNRWA USA, Jewish Voice for Peace, and the Palestinian Youth Movement. Her participation comes against the backdrop of her past pro-Palestinian statements, including a story she posted in October 2025 in which she wrote '732 days of what the hell are we witnessing and taking part in.' The audience arrived with keffiyehs and Palestinian flags, and images of destruction from Gaza were projected on screens. Macklemore was removed from Ed Sheeran's tour after declaring 'Free Palestine' and accusing Israel of 'genocide'.
