An antisemitic attack at the University of Michigan in the USA ended with the arrest of the attacker. The student Tamulun Tugchong, a daughter of Mongolian immigrants, attacked a Jewish student named Liz Benisho during a political event on campus under the title "Is Islam Evil." Footage shows Tugchong confronting speakers, pushing Benisho, and attempting to kick her in the head. A police officer on scene brought her to the ground, and after a brief struggle she was handcuffed and taken for questioning. Benisho wrote on X: "I'm okay. This is what happens when you mess with radical leftists. The left is more violent than the right." Tugchong is the daughter of parents who fled China due to support for Mongolian minority rights, and she has previously appeared before Congress on the issue of minority rights in China.
