US President Donald Trump threatened Iran with the possibility of additional military action, amid a new intelligence report indicating that Tehran has increased efforts to target American officials in the Middle East. In response to a reporter's question, Trump said: "I may have to finish the job, or maybe they will reach an agreement, but I'm not sure." Trump harshly attacked the Iranian leadership, accusing it of killing 75,000 protesters and funding terrorism, and said that previous presidents should have acted as he did. However, he did not specify what additional action he is considering, and left open the possibility of reaching an agreement. In a cynical response to a question about a possible attack tomorrow, he said he does not intend to reveal plans. Later, Trump also addressed his cracked voice, explaining that it was the result of the strain of speeches and rallies.
