A 17-year-old illegal resident from Tulkarm attempted this morning (Sunday) to steal the car of host Guy Zuaretz and presenter Yael Bar Zohar in the Neve Magen neighborhood of Ramat Hasharon. According to the suspicion, the young man managed to start the vehicle but left it at the scene for reasons not yet clarified. Immediately afterward, he tried to break into a nearby car, where he was caught and arrested by officers from the Glilot station. During a search, property stolen from the vehicles and an advanced car computer were seized. The teen was transferred for questioning and is expected to be brought before the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court. The incident joins a series of theft attempts thwarted over the weekend by officers from the Yarkon District, during which four suspects were arrested, including three minors from the territories.
