Actress and journalist Bar Belfer passed away at age 37. Belfer was discovered in 2006 when she starred in the film "Someone to Run With" based on the book by David Grossman, a role that earned her the Israeli Academy Award for Television and Film. In March 2010, she was seriously injured in a car accident on the Ayalon Highway, fought for her life, and was hospitalized for three weeks in intensive care. After months of rehabilitation, she returned to full function. Over the years, she participated in a series of films and television shows, alongside her work in media and journalism. One of her last roles was in the short film "Tell Me About That Day" screened last month at the Jerusalem Women's Film Festival.
