The special election broadcast by Walla, Maariv, and The Jerusalem Post Group, 'Israel Stage 2026', aired today at Walla Studios in Tel Aviv and brought together senior party leaders. Naftali Bennett, chairman of 'Together', harshly attacked the conduct of Prime Minister Netanyahu's office regarding Qatar and called it 'the worst betrayal in the history of the State of Israel'. Former Chief of Staff Gadi Eisenkot, chairman of Yashar, deflected criticism of the 'big party' campaign and claimed he knows how to bring a good soft right better than others. Avigdor Liberman, chairman of Yisrael Beiteinu, revealed that senior Likud members approached him asking for help to end the Netanyahu era. Bezalel Smotrich warned of the consequences of Ofer Winter's independent run on the right-wing bloc. Itamar Ben Gvir challenged Bennett to a debate, but Bennett refused. Yair Golan called on opposition parties to focus on expanding the bloc. Additional participants included Yoaz Hendel, Benny Gantz, Yaakov Asher, and Sharren Haskel.
