SAINT company, the importer of MATRIX products, has issued an urgent recall for a ceiling fan model MX-CF42-4CL-WH. An inspection conducted on behalf of the Standards Commissioner found that the fan's mechanical connection is not strong enough, which could cause it to loosen and fall during operation, potentially leading to serious injury. The product does not meet the requirements of the official Israeli standard. The fan was marketed from April 2023 to April 2025. The importer calls on the public to immediately stop using it and to bring it to its warehouse in Shaked Industrial Park for replacement or repair.
