Senior Likud member: "I don't trust Ofer Winter"
Coalition chairman Ofir Katz attacked Ofer Winter on 103FM and warned against voting for "Amcha Israel", saying he does not trust him not to repeat "the Bennett move". Later, he clashed with Barak Seri over polls and Gadi Eisenkot, while Eli Ohana reinforced his remarks.
Coalition chairman MK Ofir Katz attacked MK Ofer Winter, head of the "Amcha Israel" party, in an interview on 103FM, warning voters against voting for him. Katz said he does not trust Winter not to repeat "the Bennett move" – hinting at the possibility that he would betray his right-wing voters and join a left-wing-led government. Later in the interview, Katz clashed with commentator Barak Seri over election polls and the head of the "Yashar" party, Gadi Eisenkot. Katz claimed that in the "Yashar" party there are "crooked things", and that Eisenkot would form a government with Lieberman, Yair Golan, Mansour Abbas, and Ahmad Tibi. MK Eli Ohana reinforced Katz's remarks and said he does not believe a "sane" right-wing supporter would vote for Eisenkot. Seri responded that Prime Minister Netanyahu "has difficulty telling the truth" and that he "lies like he breathes".
