A senior member of a crime organization from Shfaram, Zin al-Din Hujirat, violated the judicial restraining order imposed on him approximately 20 times within about two weeks. The order, issued on August 11 by the Haifa District Court under the Law for the Protection of the Public from Crime Organizations, prohibited him from leaving his residence at all hours of the day as well as from contacting or meeting with a number of people. According to the indictment, the violations began as early as the first days of the order and continued consecutively: on August 21, he is attributed with three exits from the apartment, and during the night and on August 22, he left several times and even arrived at the apartment together with Muhammad Hujirat, in violation of the meeting prohibition. The seventh count refers to August 23, when he left at 01:08 without permission and returned 18 minutes later. The prosecution filed an indictment including 20 offenses in seven counts. A senior police official told Maariv that after collecting nearly 20 violations, a serious indictment was filed. The prosecution announced that if convicted, it will seek to impose an actual prison sentence on him.
