The Prisoners' Institutions announced on Tuesday, during a press conference and solidarity vigil in the city of Al-Bireh, that 92 identified prisoners have been martyred in occupation prisons over the past three years. The institutions clarified that about 28% of all martyrs of the prisoner movement since 1967 have died during this period, amid escalating arrest policies and violations. According to the data, approximately 9,300 detainees are held in occupation prisons as of the beginning of October, including 118 prisoners serving life sentences, 91 female prisoners, 350 children, and 3,101 administrative detainees. More than 26,000 arrest cases have been recorded in the West Bank since the start of the genocide war. The institutions confirmed that the occupation has escalated the policy of arrest as a tool for collective punishment, and the campaigns have targeted women, children, the elderly, and journalists. Participants called for intensifying international pressure to stop the death penalty against prisoners.
