Only Bibi: In Dimona they waited for Netanyahu like a rock star, and not for answers

A Maariv reporter describes the mass reception for Netanyahu at a mall in Dimona, where hundreds of enthusiastic supporters waited with flags and photos. The article notes the uncompromising admiration alongside the lack of substantive questions from the crowd, and quotes Netanyahu attacking his rivals and calling to continue leading.

Rami Shani's article in Maariv describes the reception Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu received during a visit to a mall in Dimona. Hundreds of supporters, referred to in the article as 'the base', waited for him with flags, photos, and an inflatable doll, chanting 'there is no substitute for him' and 'only him because there is no other'. The article notes that the crowd showed uncompromising admiration, while ignoring criticism of Netanyahu and events in Israel over the past three years. Some supporters lashed out at media representatives. Netanyahu's speech at a café in the mall included praise for the city and President Trump, and a call to bring 'another one' for four more years in government. He attacked his rivals Gadi Eisenkot, Naama Lazimi, and A'abs. The event drew about 150 people and dispersed before its end.
