Leonid Prakhovnik from the Public Defender's Office. Falkosh is suspected of murdering his ex-wife in front of their shared son, a six-year-old boy on the autism spectrum, who was transferred to welfare authorities after the incident. In a separate hearing, the suspect's father, Alexander Falkosh, 66, was released after police agreed to his release. The father was arrested on suspicion of involvement in the murder after being present in the apartment during the incident, and his attorney argued that he tried to prevent his son from attacking Zikova and even asked neighbors to call the police.
