Maccabi Healthcare Services is launching a new free service that will allow its members to receive a personal score on their lifestyle and a personalized health plan. The service will be launched on Sunday, November 1, on the UpApp, and will be available to all members of the health fund aged 18 and over. Users will fill out a digital questionnaire about their lifestyle habits, and at the end will receive an overall score and scores in five areas: physical activity and fitness, nutrition, mental health, sleep, and smoking. Based on the answers, a personal plan will be tailored with recommendations and practical tools. Maccabi CEO Sigal Dadon-Levy stated that the service aims to provide personalized knowledge and tools for maintaining long-term health. Dr. Nitzan Anav, director of the longevity field at Maccabi, explained that the challenge is to translate medical knowledge into practical habits. The service joins existing tools in the app, including fitness workouts, sleep counseling, and a nutrition coach.
