The Israeli cybersecurity company Cyera, based at the Landmark Tower in Tel Aviv, is reportedly on its way to raising funds at a valuation of $20 billion, as reported last night (Thursday) by The Information. The talks come just four months after the company raised $600 million at a $12 billion valuation in June, which was later expanded by an additional $400 million. If Cyera completes the fundraising at the mentioned valuation, it will become the second largest private Israeli company in terms of market value, behind only Wiz with a market value of $30 billion. Cyera was founded by Unit 8200 veterans Yotam Segev and Tamar Bar-Ilan to protect organizational data files. After the summer fundraising, Cyera acquired the Israeli company Oasis Security for approximately $1 billion in cash and stock.
