Ghalibaf emphasized that Iran does not intend to capitulate and called negotiations an 'arena of struggle,' where diplomacy turns battlefield strength into political achievement. Earlier, IRGC representative Hossein Mohabi threatened to expand hostilities to new targets and use weapons that will 'shake the world.' The statements came amid the visit of US President Donald Trump and Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian to the UN General Assembly in New York. Trump previously outlined three options for Iran: 'wipe it out, let it rot along with its economy, or make a deal.' Both leaders are expected to address the General Assembly.
