IDF prepares for Yom Kippur: convoys with APCs documented in Nablus streets

According to an IDF statement, in recent months forces have scanned more than 1,200 buildings and sites, uncovered a laboratory for producing explosive devices, interrogated approximately 930 suspects, and arrested around 230 wanted individuals. Over 100 weapons were seized, including M-16 rifles, submachine guns, pistols, and ammunition. The advanced Eitan APCs were documented in large convoys, indicating a deepening of operational control. The IDF points to peak readiness and increased alertness to the highest level, with an emphasis on Yom Kippur, Sukkot, and Simchat Torah, when thousands of hikers are expected to visit the area.
