The page included the Likud logo alongside the Israeli government emblem, and collected personal details of participants including phone number, first name, last name, and ID number, for event security purposes. The "Economic Unit" association filed a petition to the chairman of the Central Elections Committee, Judge Noam Sohlberg, arguing that the use of public body resources for political propaganda constitutes a violation of election law. The Prime Minister's Office responded that the site is intended for security purposes, but admitted that the page was not removed in time. Sohlberg granted the association's request around 02:00, and ordered the state to respond by 10:00 AM. The state admitted to the malfunction, and an on-call officer was dispatched to the security agencies' offices, and by around 01:45 the page was removed. The head of the Shin Bet's screening branch signed an affidavit under the fictitious name "Amit". Sohlberg dismissed the petition, claiming it had become moot.
