Biden further argued that Netanyahu 'more than any other person, has made Jews around the world less safe than they have ever been since World War II, since the Holocaust.' He also addressed the October 7 attacks, citing a recent report alleging Netanyahu knew an attack was planned and failed to stop it, claiming people 'knew what was coming' and allowed it to proceed. Biden called the October 7 attack 'horrific' and Hamas 'horrific.'
