For the first time: Israel Aerospace Industries to present at the Marrakech Air Show in Morocco

Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) will participate for the first time in the International Marrakech Air Show in Morocco, to be held next week from October 7 to 10 at the Royal Moroccan Air Force base. This marks a milestone in strengthening security ties between Israel and Morocco, following the renewal of air routes between the two countries. The Israeli pavilion will showcase advanced IAI developments in defense, missiles, and space. Among the systems to be displayed: the LORA missile, which made headlines after a German naval test; the Heron UAV manufactured by IAI; and the OPAL NG system, a decentralized AI-based battle management network. Space capabilities, including satellite systems, will also be presented. The exhibition is expected to feature over 200 pavilions from defense companies and industries from 19 countries. The organizers defined the event's goal as "bringing together key players in aviation, security, and space."
