Five injured in accident on Highway 1 near Ben Gurion Interchange

Five people were injured in a car accident between two vehicles on westbound Highway 1, near the Ben Gurion Interchange. A 70-year-old woman and a 70-year-old man were moderately injured, and a 19-year-old young woman was also moderately injured. Two additional casualties were evacuated in mild condition to Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer.

Five people were injured in a car accident between two vehicles on westbound Highway 1, near the Ben Gurion Interchange. Medics and paramedics from Magen David Adom provided them with medical treatment and evacuated them to Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer. Among the casualties are a 70-year-old woman, who was moderately injured and suffered from pelvic trauma, and a 70-year-old man who was moderately injured and suffered a head injury. A 19-year-old young woman was also moderately injured, with chest and limb contusions. Two additional casualties were evacuated in mild condition. The report of the accident was received at the MDA 101 dispatch center in the Ayalon district at 20:37.
