According to the indictment, Issa planned to carry out a strategic attack on the server farm of the Amdocs company in Ra'anana, exploiting his role as a firefighter to locate the target and gather information. Issa was influenced by the events of the "Guardian of the Walls" and the October 7 massacre carried out by Hamas. He downloaded guides for manufacturing explosive devices, attempted to assemble a bomb in two different ways, and purchased a drone with the aim of attaching an explosive device to it. In addition, he tried to recruit two other acquaintances from Kafr Qasim to a terrorist cell, but no evidentiary infrastructure was established against them. Issa was arrested by the Shin Bet and the Sharon District Police about two months ago, and during a raid on his home, training equipment and airsoft weapons were seized. The indictment includes offenses of preparation for an act of terrorism, operating a weapon for terrorist purposes, and training for terrorist purposes. The prosecution is requesting his detention until the end of proceedings.
