IDF forces were called to the scene following a report of the fire and began searches. Within a short time, IDF and Shin Bet soldiers located the two and arrested them. No casualties were reported in the incident. After their arrest, the suspects were transferred for further investigation by security forces. The IDF stated that security forces will continue to operate to thwart terrorism throughout the Judea and Samaria Division and to maintain the security of Israeli citizens.
