Likud claims the videos were edited in a way that altered their meaning: in one video, a caption appears that was not in the original article; in another, a segment from an interview was shortened to leave a partial response from Netanyahu. Likud argues this constitutes an "unfair interference" with election propaganda under Section 13 of the Elections Law. The petition requests a temporary injunction due to the nature of distribution on social media, which could make it difficult to remedy the damage later. Judge Solberg will decide whether the editing exceeds the permissible limits of propaganda.
