The officer's remand was extended by three days, and his father's by five days. The officer's investigation is being conducted by the Police Internal Investigations Department (Mahash), and the father is being questioned at the Haifa station. The two are suspected of jointly attacking and stabbing the neighbor in a brawl. The officer is suspected of aggravated assault, assault causing bodily harm, and wounding under aggravating circumstances. The father is also suspected of conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of the knife that was seized from him. The circumstances of the current incident are still being examined.
