Adv. Aviv Prianti, Deputy CEO of Nadav B. Logistics, said at the Globes Kibbutz Growth Conference that there is great economic and Zionist potential in the kibbutzim of the Gaza envelope. The company is investing NIS 650 million in establishing logistics centers in the kibbutzim of Zikim and Re'im, and is examining the establishment of a server farm in Zikim with a capacity of 50-60 megawatts. Prianti described various partnership models with the kibbutzim, ranging from a full 50/50 partnership to a passive partnership where the company finances and leads the activity. He emphasized the need to understand the unique dynamics of kibbutzim, which include sensitivities and complex decision-making processes involving hundreds of members. Regarding the Electricity Authority's decision to limit server farms, Prianti called for a measured and conditional approach instead of absolute barriers, noting that strong players would be able to meet the conditions.
