Israeli occupation forces demolished a two-story inhabited home in the Ain Juweiza area of al-Walaja village northwest of Bethlehem on Tuesday. The home belongs to citizen Arafat Salim Abu Rizq, and was demolished under the pretext of lack of a permit, without allowing the family to evacuate its contents, according to the Palestinian news agency Wafa. In a related context, the director general of the Salfit Health Directorate, Haitham Mansour, said that the continued closure of the northern entrance to the city since last Saturday hinders patients and medical staff from accessing 13 clinics and emergency centers. The closure also disrupts the delivery of medicines and medical supplies, and limits access to the only government hospital in the governorate.
