A Los Angeles court ruled that Adva Lavie, a 29-year-old Israeli OnlyFans model and social media influencer, is fit to stand trial. Meanwhile, it emerged that police are investigating a suspicion that she drugged her former fiancé, billionaire Stephen Clavic, with ketamine. Lavie has denied the charges attributed to her. According to the prosecution, Lavie used dating apps and social media to form relationships with older, wealthy men, presented herself as their partner, and after gaining their trust stole property from their homes. Among the alleged victims were also young women. As part of the investigation, in August police requested a warrant to search Lavie's mobile phone. In the request documents it was noted that a Beverly Hills police detective spotted Lavie in July filming at the luxury restaurant Azur in Beverly Hills, while she was released on bail, without the electronic ankle bracelet imposed on her. Following the incident she was arrested, and since July she has been held in detention. The investigation documents also revealed claims of another theft at the Coachella music festival last year, including a Rolex watch worth $8,600, Louis Vuitton sunglasses worth $700, a card holder and nearly $2,000 in cash. It was also claimed that she left the scene in the victim's Cybertruck. Lavie's lawyers tried to move the legal proceedings to a treatment track due to her mental state, but their request was rejected. Billionaire Clavic also ran into trouble with the law and was arrested in May on suspicion of attempting to dissuade a witness from testifying. Now, after the court's ruling, the criminal proceedings against Lavie are expected to resume.
