Reem al-Mughrabi, a Palestinian woman from Gaza, has been waiting since December 8, 2023 to know the fate of her husband Moussa and her sons Hazem and Ibrahim, after Israeli occupation soldiers arrested them from the courtyard of their home in the al-Rimal al-Shamali neighborhood. Reem recounts the details of the raid: the family had returned home after forced displacement to the Holy Family School, but the area was besieged by tanks. The soldiers stormed the house and fired at the doors, then bound Moussa, Hazem, and Ibrahim and took them away. Moussa was ill with cancer and held Egyptian citizenship, and Hazem suffers from hearing loss. Since that day, Reem has been searching for them through released prisoners and human rights organizations, but she has not received an answer. Some sources told her they saw one of them, but their names are not registered as detainees. Reem says: "If they have been martyred, let them tell me they have been martyred, and I will be content. I want to know their fate."
