The criminal case opened against David Ziton, partner of singer Nasrin Kadri, suspected of assaulting Rom Breslavsky, was closed at the beginning of the week due to lack of public interest. The investigation, conducted in the Yarkon district, lasted ten months and included gathering testimonies from both sides and technological operations to clarify the incident. The incident occurred when Breslavsky tried to enter Kadri's party in central Tel Aviv claiming he was invited, and an argument developed between him and Ziton at the entrance. Breslavsky called the police and claimed that he and his friend were attacked. In recordings that were revealed, Kadri was heard apologizing to Breslavsky, while Breslavsky accused Ziton of hitting him. Police sources stated that the passage of time, the sensitivity of the case, and the lack of an ongoing conflict between the two led to the decision to close the case.
