Salesforce announced a deal to lease five floors in the ToHa 2 tower in Tel Aviv, totaling about 15,000 square meters. The deal is estimated at over NIS 140 million for five years, at a price of NIS 130-165 per square meter on a shell basis. The move is expected in early 2028, after completion of finishing works. Salesforce will consolidate its approximately 1,000 employees in Israel, currently spread across several offices in Tel Aviv and Nazareth, under one roof. The tower, being built by Amot and Gav-Yam, will include 78 floors. Google previously leased about 60,000 square meters on the top 24 floors. Oren Vinter, CEO of Salesforce Israel's R&D center, stated that the move demonstrates the company's long-term commitment to Israel.
