Fiverr reported better-than-expected third-quarter results and raised its annual forecast, leading to a pre-market rise in its stock on Nasdaq from the low levels it had reached. The company beat analyst estimates with revenue of $90.9 million in the quarter, compared to expectations of $83.8 million, although this represents a 15.8% decline compared to the same quarter last year. Net profit on a Non-GAAP basis stood at $16 million (43 cents per share), above the expected 30 cents. Following the performance, Fiverr raised its annual revenue forecast to $374-380 million (from $356-372 million previously), and its adjusted EBITDA forecast to $61-65 million. However, the updated forecast still reflects a yearly decline of 12%-13% in revenue compared to 2025. CEO Micha Kaufman stated that the company is preparing for the future of work while focusing on complex, high-value projects and integration with LLM engines.
