5 Palestinians injured in settler attack on Rantis, Ramallah

According to the head of the Rantis village council, Majed Khalaf, the settlers used sticks, weapons, and pepper spray in the attack that occurred in the "Al-Teen Al-Shami" area, and the wife of one of the injured was run over during the assault. Three of the injured were transferred to a hospital in the 1948 territories for treatment. The attack coincides with the olive harvest season, which has seen an escalation in attacks by settlers and occupation forces against Palestinian farmers, hindering their access to their lands. The Commission of Resistance to the Wall and Settlements reported that occupation forces and settlers carried out 2,051 attacks against citizens and their lands and property during the past month, including 1,404 attacks by occupation forces and 647 by settlers.
